1.
Those who agree to be hosts should as much as possible participate in
the planning of activities and serve as co-hosts with duties mutually
divided and equal credit given to all who assist.
2. Any planned
activities for meals, entertainment, etc. should be at the sole discretion
of the hosts.
3. In so
far as is practical, advance reservations should be required prior to
each campout. Reservation forms should be mailed out with the monthly
newsletter.
4. Reservations
for a campout should include:
a. An amount
equal to at least one nights' campground fee. (This amount is refundable
ONLY subject to the campgrounds' rules).
b. An amount
sufficient to cover food and drink items purchased for Saturday &
Sunday breakfasts (up to $5.00 per coach) and the cost of planned meals
and/or entertainment. NO HOSTS ARE EXPECTED TO ABSORB ANY EXPENSES OF
A RALLY.
5. If persons
have not been able to register in advance and find that they can attend
a campout, they should come to the campout with the understanding that
they may not be able to participate in planned events if additional reservations
are not available.
6. Hosts
should prepare the coffee and other items for breakfast on Saturday &
Sunday. They should obtain the coffee pot and necessary items from the
previous months hosts and should pass the items, clean and ready to use
to the hosts of the following month.
7. Hosts
should remember NOT to plan every hour of the campout, leave some free
time for shopping, sightseeing, games and visiting.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING YOUR TURN TO BE HOSTS.
